Based on the Fallout 3 mod, this will allow you to easily recruit or trade with any NPC by just talking to them. Recruited NPCs are fully functional followers/companions. Not only can you recruit, this mod also allows you to share or trade items with anyone!
Installation:
Place the "Data" folder in your Fallout 4 directory and enable the .esp in your game.
