Changes the Handmade Rifle to use .308 and removes all instances of 7.62 from the Leveled Lists.

As I continue to practice my skills with the Creation Kit, I decided to oblige the request of someone who kindly commented on my previously released mod, Classic Ammo Names.
This mod dummies out all instances of the 7.62 mm rounds from leveled lists (as in it no longer appears ANYWHERE unless you had already collected some at the time of install), and replaces it with .308 rounds instead. The Handmade Rifle now takes .308 ammunition instead. This allows players who used a Hunting or Combat Rifle to upgrade without having to change ammunition used.
Remember that the 7.62 will still be in your inventory and in any containers whose contents has been generated. It is recommended to install this either before you head to Nuka World or before the 7.62 starts spawning in leveled lists.
Still very much a WIP. Please report any instances of the 7.62 that still show up in your game.
