It bugs me that Bugthesda didn't give us an option to toggle our aim, so after a lot of searching and experimenting, I finally found a way to toggle aiming.

Until someone much better at scripting and modding finally comes around to do this, I figured it'll be a good enough work around
As rudimentary and basic as it is, it works amazingly. But don't take my word for it, try it out for yourself.

Drag & drop files from rar into Fallout 4 root folder (ie where the Fallout 4.exe is)
