You can find the SVI on Gunners & Bosses as well, you can also pick up a legendary version at the red rocket outside of Sanctuary Hills by the cash register.

For custom animations It is worth giving Wardaddy's 10mm reanimation pack a go, i have tried the ESP one and can confirm it works with the SVI.
