This mod gives a "bonus happiness" value to almost every item in build mode with the exception of basic building items like walls, floors, roofs, and doors. Gone are the days when you needed to spam your settlements with bars and clinics to get that happiness to 100%.

I am aware of at least one other mod that handles the problem of chronically unhappy settlements (Happy Pills), which I've used religiously since I found it, but I wanted something a bit different. For those unaware, settlement happiness is basically capped at 80% if all of your settlers' basic needs are met. To get to 100%, you need 20 points of "bonus happiness" per settler. Base game would have you spam tier 3 Bars and Clinics every other settler just to get this number. In this mod, however, I've given almost every single item you can normally build (minus things like walls, floors, roofs, and doors) a happiness rating so that as long as your settlement is decently furnished or decorated, you should have no problem keeping it at 100% unless they're attacked. I've also given a rating to various other items in the event that other mods give them recipes, but I haven't made any available myself as I recall there being an issue with too many items knocking others off the list (I'm not currently savvy enough to know how to get around that, if that's even still an issue). Provided below are a few examples of how I've spread the points around.
Chairs, couches, benches -- basically anything an npc sits at - Dirty/Weathered: 1 per seat. Clean: 5 per seat.
Beds - Dirty/Weathered/Bare: 2.5, 5 if double bed. Clean: 5
Turrets/Guard Posts/Artillery: Twice its safety rating. Water Purifiers: Equal to water output. Caravan Hitching Post: 50 Containers: 5* Tables: 2.5*
*Most cases.
Vendors: 10, 25, and 50 depending on which tier it is.**
**This might make it TOO easy to get 100% settlement happiness, considering everything else that gives a happiness rating, but then the whole point of this mod is to reduce the need to spam anything. I would like your feedback on anything you feel could be tweaked to be more balanced.
