This game adds two new things - a new weapon and a NPC.
If you want to acquire the weapon, go to the Security Office in Diamond City and unlock the cell. You will find a person called Martin, kill him. He will have the weapon on him. This weapon is based on the Chinese Officer Sword.
This mod isn't super immersive. It's just plain fun for people who want to massacre NPC's in Fallout 4.
