This is a bug fix for the texture of the Dirty Black Suit added by the High Resolution DLC. Only the high res texture is affected, the vanilla one is ok. If you you don't use the High Resolution DLC you don't need this mod by any means.
Performance
This mod has no impact at all, you won't notice a difference performance wise. The texture has mipmaps, has still a resolution of 4096x4096 (just like the DLC) and is compressed with BC7.

What is actually wrong with this texture?
The texture artist accidentally copied the texture inside the texture. <Inside Yo Dawg joke here>
That results in this:
To fix this I took the vanilla texture, resized it to 4K, copied it into the HD texture and left only the part which is broken in the HD texture. So technically, the fixed part is only in vanilla resolution. If you don't know it you won't see the difference. Ingame it looks like this:

Load Order
This mod changes only 1 texture and no plugin is needed so you don't need to worry about your load order sorting.
Check out this fine mod if you want to have awesome new attire in your game:

The author hits the nail on the head with his new suits, coats and hats. I highly reccomend that mod if you're looking for lore friendly 50's style clothing.
