Look we've all seen the personal Synth Eve at the Institute and let's be honest, she looks like a cross between Strong and a ghoul. I'm convinced it was a bug overlooked by Bethesda because even the ugly characters aren't disfigured. Besides, she's made from Shaun's DNA... wait, that may explain it... guy has cancer. Still... so what I did was just reshape her face. I did not change a single thing, only reshaped the face. The eyes are the same, the brows, the nose and the lips... even the hair. But hopefully you'll understand what I mean by the pictures... and since F4OEdit hates my hard drive, I'm uploading the .JSON file in case anyone wants to make an actual .esp file after it... or just as a regular character preset... Poor thing...
ATTENTION
Should anyone use these to make actual .esp files, or mods, or whatever you want to call it, DO NO CHANGE A SINGLE THING ABOUT THE LOOKS. DO NOT REMOVE/ADD BLEMISHES, SCARS, MAKE-UP, TATTOOS OR ANYTHING ELSE, MODDED OR VANILLA. DO NOT CHANGE THE TRANSPARENCY (of scars, burns and blemishes), COLORS (hair, skin, make-up and eyes) OR THE IN-GAME BODY TYPE SLIDER. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING AT ALL, NOT EVEN EYE STYLE, HAIR STYLE, EARS OR LIPS. DO NOT MODIFY THE SHAPE OF THE FACE NOR ITS SKIN TYPE (wrinkles and such). The presets are to remain exactly as they are and I'm to be credited for the presets used.
Mods
Yeah you might need a few mods to make this work. Skin textures are up to you but I'll list the ones I am using.

You can always include the Eyes of Beauty but since this is just a plastic surgery and not an actual original preset, you do what you want...
Install
It is actually very simple. Looks Menu creates a Presets folder in the following path (...) Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets. Just download the .rar file, extract it then place the .JSON file inside the Presets folder. If you don't have the presets folder, try customizing your character and saving the preset. It will automatically create it. The .JSON file is named New Synth Eve.
