The ceiling in the room beneath the balcony and the ceiling on third third floor are now using wooden textures instead of stone textures.

TWEAK - Removed the navmesh at the bottom of the cliff which would cause settlers trying to walk there.
NEW - Added 3 gardening markers for Mr.Handy infront of the house for the roses.
NOTE - The settlers will no longer go to the bottom of the cliff, but they will go outside of the walls. They will do this if they do not have any beds or relaxation markers (chairs, furniture) to interact with.
Croup Manor Renewal restores the property to its former glory and adds a few extra bonuses with the ultimate goal to make it a beautiful settlement for the Sole Survivor to settle in. It is fully fixed with a ton of attention to the tiniest detail.

FEATURES:
- Fully restored Croup Manor with a completely fresh look and a lot of attention to the tiniest details. - The terrain itself has been leveled out and changed to sand and gravel. - There's an NPC SPAWNER located in the garage which spawns settlers directly infront of the fountain. - 3 railings on the top balcony are interactable with different leaning animations. - The fountain itself has drinkable water. - Properly navmeshed all around with Precombined and Visibility meshes generated. Settlers will not spawn at the bottom of the cliff. - All the fake lighting and fake mists/dusts have been removed. - Sliding doors for all the rooms in order to conserve space. - And tons of other changes which are best seen either by looking at images or checking the mod itself.
NOTE:
The Workshop Workbench has been moved inside the garage, but the game does not relocate it during an existing playthrough so it will remain at its original position. You can move it inside the garage by using opening the console, clicking on the Workbench and typing; modpos y 150.
