In survival mode food, stimpacks, and consumables take 10x longer to work. This mod simply shortens that time.

In survival mode food, stimpacks, and all other consumables take 10 times longer to work.
With this mod consumables only take 5 times longer to work.
Example:
Without mod on survival mode:
Purified water takes 100 seconds to heal you 40 health.
With mod on survival mode:
Purified water takes 50 seconds to heal you 40 health.
This change applies to all consumables. This includes things like food, drinks, and stimpacks. Very simple mod, just alters two game settings.
