Adds a small player home you can get to near Nordhagen Beach, with a workshop

This is a small little player home I created. It is Nav Meshed, but if your companions walk in circles, just ordered them to walk to a different spot and it will fix it. If you want to get there quickly instead of finding the location, bring up the console and type coc 01Vetltechplayerhome its just outside of nordhegan beach
I also added a workbench so you can further decorate the home.
I recommend Clean water with the clear or crystal choice :)
