Now I'm no expert on Fallout lore, so please tell me if this isn't lore-friendly, but as far as I know the Mediterranean still exists in the Fallout universe.
This is just a quick and dirty retexture of all the globe types to make the Mediterranean, and a few others, a body of water closer to what it should be.
Now also makes country borders slightly more lore friendly, I hope.
