INSTALATION:

2. Open your Fallout4.ini in Documents\My Games\Fallout4\
3. Find: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
4. Replace it with sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, INTERFACE\, SOUND\, MUSIC\, VIDEO\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
You need to have the new vaultsuit (you can find it in 111 vault)
Uninstalation:
delete this texture
