Ever since November 10th, 2015, I have not been in a dungeon more annoying than Corvega Assembly Plant have wanted to build really nice stone structures in Fallout 4. That wish kind of came true when DDProductions83 released his "Build a Castle" mod, and then again when NovaCoru added Retaining walls to Homemaker. Then, when I was grabbing the links for those two mods to put them here, I found this and this, and realized there wasn't much of a point in releasing this mod, but then was just like "Meh fuck it."
So yeah, this just adds a few new walls and a new foundation to the settlement building menu, which use wooden and concrete meshes but retaining wall textures. Some of them are unrealistically thin for a stone wall, while others are T H I C C for you all you immersion crazies. You can find them under "Structures -> Concrete -> Misc".
