Hey modders!
This is my first actual upload to the Nexus, I mean OMG right!?
I've seen so many amazing settlement builds on here and tried a few but it's always tough to find one that doesn't rely on 300 other mods to get working especially after making a clean install or ones which murder your frame rate. So I decided I would start to share my (Mostly) vanilla settlement builds just in case anyone else has the same reservations as me.

The title says it all really, It's intentionally rough around the edges to make it look like a settlement that has gradually grown over time but is functional as a trading post and it's inhabitants well protected. I've used the existing buildings as settler homes as well as a bar and salon. Not all homes have been fully decorated for the reason of giving you the space to add your own personal flair. But if you would like me to add a finished version I can do so.

**There are quite a few Diamond City radios lying around as I like music when I walk around my settlements. Delete if you want it quieter though :)**

There is plenty of building space left for any personal buildings you may like to add yourself. I'm personally planning on building a Gallery/Museum to record the many adventures of the Sole Survivor. I may even build a custom home for followers. But I wanted to add it like this at first so people have the space to do what they like with it. I'd love to see some screens!

Plenty of beds, Water, Farmland and Defense with some parts walled off (I didn't want a 'Great wall of Sanctuary') most generators are hidden away but I do suggest downloading Quieter Settlements by Lemures and CAPGames as it will be noisy in places and also Spawn Settler Button by Wim95 to help get everything manned once your settlement has grown.

REQUIREMENTS
All DLC - You will get floating objects otherwise
F4SE
Transfer Settlements
Armorsmith Extended  (If you want the workbench)

Install with NMM or manually by dropping the numbered folder from the zip file into Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints

Any issues with importing the settlement should be troubleshooted first using the guides on the Transfer Settlements page.

Enjoy!
