About this mod
Fallout 4 was missing some of the zaniness and fun wild antics of the previous games. This project aims to slowly fix that.

I felt that the Commonwealth Wasteland was lacking in a lot of the zaniness and fun wild antics of the previous game. This is a mod, starting with a 14 track radio, that slowly aims to help fix this, through the introduction of Doctor Phineas Waldolf Steel, to the wasteland. Together, we will take over the world, and build our Utopian Playland!

CALLING ALL TOY SOLDIERS
This mod aims to build upon an idea. Are you a modder? Do you have experience in creating 3d models, clothing, textures, sound design, or various other assets in the nexus? This is a call to action!
This mod is ambitious, and should become huge, given time! I want to bring Doctor Steel to the Commonwealth in full! This will require a myriad of skills that I, alone, quite honestly do not have!
What this mod aims to have, when completed:
- A dedicated worldspace, in the form of Doctor Steel's very own laboratory
- An alternate ending for Fallout 4, resulting in complete Domination of the wasteland
- New companions
- Automatron modifications (Buzzsaw babies, just for example!)
- And much, much more!
What this mod is NOT, under any circumstances:
- A simple attempt to put Dr Steel somewhere he does not belong. The Toy Soldiers have long moved past the character. While I do intend on building off of a nostalgic character, and ideals, this project is intended as much more than that.
- An unauthorized use of a copyrighted character. When I do start making plot for this mod, and there is story, it will be made clear.
The ambition of this project far exceeds my current ability to create, as I am simply a Voice Actor and Writer, with a vision!
