Q: Will this mod make Kellogg a companion?
A: Unfortunately, no.
Q: Do I have to start a new game for this mod to work completely?
A: Kellogg's face should change the second you download this mod.

Installation:
Use the NMM Installer or:
Open winrar file, then drag the .ESP into Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steam Apps > common > Fallout 4 > Data
Be sure to check the plugin in NMM
Removal:
Simply head back into your data folder and delete the .ESP that you had put in there
