Completely removes or swaps out the sounds in VATS with less annoying ones. Reduces the volume of crits, grim reapers sprint, and more.

Most important changes:
• The "click" you hear when you press VATS and no enemies are nearby has been removed completely. Unless you actually target something with VATS you will have no idea if an enemy is nearby. This actually has an impact on gameplay.
• The screeching noise that plays when you enter VATS has been replaced with a soft beep.
• Everything is generally less loud, including crits and perks that trigger within VATS.
