About this mod
Requires Fallout 4 Script Extender.
Changes the sniper perk so each rank adds a slow time effect while holding your breath.

NOTE: The script for this mod runs through the Fallout 4 Script Extender and requires the hold breath key to be the default LALT. It will not work with any other key or with a controller (unless the controller is a keyboard emulator). This is a restriction of F4SE and/or the creation engine. I can't find a way around it but if you can, you have my permission to take this mod and make any changes you see fit, then upload it. Credit me or don't. I mod for myself, not for accolades, and provide this for anyone to use however they like.
From my personal overhaul. Changes the sniper perk as follows. Obviously will conflict with any other mod which changes the sniper perk, but other perk mods are safe.
Sniper Rank 1:
It's all about focus. You have improved control with scopes and it seems like time slows down just a little when you're holding your breath to take the shot.
Slow Time - 60%
Sniper Rank 2:
Focus and adrenaline? It's almost like Jet, not that you'd know of course. Time slows down even more while holding your breath, and non-automatic, scoped rifles gain +15% accuracy to head shots in V.A.T.S.
Slow Time - 30% (equal to Jet)
Sniper Rank 3:
You were born for this! Time slows significantly while you hold your breath and non-automatic, scoped rifles gain +30% accuracy to head shots in V.A.T.S.
Slow Time - 10% (VATS is 4%)
