Bringing the West Tek technology to the Synthful Traitor Cyberpunk Visor!

Adds a hacked Synthful Visor variant.
The Visor retains the color swap options, and gains most of the West Tek Tactical Optics features.
How to get it:
The Hacked Cyber Visor can be found in the armorsmith station, along with the other West Tek Optics.
It has the same crafting requirements as other Optics hardware, you will need to read your West-Tek schematics if you have not already!
Standby mode:
simply add the "Inactive position forehead" mod to the hacked visor at an armor bench.
(naming will change later, must learn what I am doing before I throw legos under the feet of fate)

Don't forget to endorse their mods! This mod is nothing more then bringing those two together,
without both of their hard work this would not even have a reason to exist.
Instalation/Uninstalation:
Click and go:
NMM or mod manager of your choice is recommended.
Manual:
Drop the files from the data folder in the .7z into your Fallout 4 in data folder, enable it as you would any mod.
Disable it and remove all 3 files to uninstall

Other features may or may not be added with time, this is both a first time mod for me, as well as this mods early release.

- Standby mode still uses "Inactive position: forehead", will change in a later version.
- Standby mode does not use color choice on visor screen at this time.... erm.
its low power setting uses the default color to save battery?
