A small interior cell apartment that has settlement functionality. In theory supply lines should work (dismissal works), but I haven't tested that since that isn't particularly important to me. I barely touch the exterior cell other than removing a bush and adding a door. You're not gonna be spending much time outside anyways! :D
Some highlights: -Custom music -Day/Night cycle -Stuff to look at outside -Some friends™ -A blueprint (if you want it) -Hand navmeshed
Known Issues: -Companions don't like to go into the loft (even though it's navmeshed) -Workshop border is active upon walking into the settlement the first time (fixed by opening and closing workshop) -The cars in the street get a little frisky every once in awhile (click, open console and type recycle actor if it's bugging you) -The...uhm...friends can get a little spooky sometimes
!Important! You need to have owned at least one other settlement before dismissal will work for this one. Do I know why? No. However, you can just scoop up a settlement (I tested with Sanctuary) and it should work just fine.
While there aren't any dependencies for this mod, there are a few mods you'll wanna grab if you want things to look the same: Lighting Series AIO Immersive Windows Radioactive Signs FO4 Reworked Revised NAC ENB If you're wanting something lightweight I recommend Subtle ENB or NAC ENB All of these mods are wonderfully made, and I recommend them regardless of using this mod or not.

A note on Xbox and PS4 release: Once I iron out any bugs, I'll release to consoles. I can only test functionality on PS4 as I don't have an Xbox. If there are no issues found with the initial upload I will try to get these versions out as soon as I feel like it.
