This is a first preset.
It has been requested. :p
I'll add more presets in the future, and they will be different ( and maybe better too ) as there is different versions of Little Sisters in all Bioshock games.
This one is a mix between the Little Sisters from Bioshock 1 and those from Bioshock 2.
I heard there's nice people actually working on a glowing eye texture that perfectly fits with the Little Sisters..
Should be available soon. :)
You can use Construct a Custom Companion by Karel2015 to make her a follower.
( Oh yeah and, actually she does NOT gather ADAM on corpses. Sorry. )

All files are available in the Mirrors Section on Uptobox

Activate the mod ( or whatever you should do, i dunno how that works )
Manual ( recommended, as always ! )
Download using the Manual Download button
Extract the archive into your Fallout 4 game's directory folder
