this Transfer Settlement Blueprint will add "Zoes Fort Sanctuary" at Slot 7 for Transfer Settlements Blueprints.
Before the war, Sanctuary was a quite and peacefull place to live. Many many years after the bombs fell some settlers found this place and started to create a new settlement. things went good. the soil was fertile, the water quite drinkable. they had plenty of ressources. so those settlers started building and repairing sanctuary. the fight for survial in this post apocalyptic world seem to be won, for now.
A few month later, Raiders found those settlement. the peacefull settlers didnt have anything to defend, so they got attacked countless times. who should help them? the minutemen were no option, they got slaughtered near lexington. The BOS? They mind their own buisness at the capital, dealing with the enclave and some super mutants.
No one could help them, so they decided to turn the tables. Those settlers began to fortify the beaches and secured the bridge. The Minuteman under the control of the sole surviver recieved their call for help and began establishing routes for ressources and troups. They fought, build and scrapped. Some groups of Raiders were defeated succesfully The attacks stopped. The time for a secure sanctuary has come. But who knows, maybe they will come back somedays. BUT WE ARE PREPARED!
