Do you have Minutemen Reskins that turn your fellow soldiers' apparel blue, but leave their Militia Hats brown? I sure did. I don't know about you, but my anxiety-induced OCD sure made me want a full matching outfit... Anyways, here is a mod that changes the Militia Hat's brown, out-of-place color into a blue color.
