I'm sure this will be a placeholder until he or she can make a fix, and by some means if not, then this file should be used instead of the one on their file.

Basically what happened is they used an outdated name for the file (not intentional, esp names usually get updated over time), and as a result, even though some players will have a fully up to date Eyes of Beauty, the mod refused to work and caused a missing master file check to occur in FO4Edit and in NMM. This took way too long to fix since I only really mess with FNVEdit, but this should let the replacer work just fine now. If you're using it as a preset, I doubt it's really going to matter (I hope anyways, if it doesn't, then just try to find a earlier version of Eyes of Beauty that has it's esp name like the following: EYESOFBEAUTY.esp, and simply have the esp on file so you can correct the master name).
In the nutshell, this is a fix for the replacer, doubled checked to make sure the save changed, so it should work now, only reason I even bother to check was because despite how many mods I run, I usually just run a Vanilla Piper, but I was checking to see if it actually worked (clearly it didn't).
Before you ask, yes, the hair on the hat clips, nothing I can do about that. Author already addressed.
