If you're like me, and allow yourself to slip out of the post-apocalyptic immersion for a moment, this house is for you.
The house has its own map marker, directly above Parsons Creamery to the north. Top center.
You might have to edit your Fallout4.ini file in order to actually access the location, because it's slightly out of the invisible borders. To do that, go to Documents > My Games > Fallout 4, open up Fallout4.ini, go under the GENERAL section, and add the line bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 (assuming it's not there already. Just make sure the number is zero in the end there)

I didn't navmesh anything, and NPCs probably can't come out here at all.
