Current Features
The location now functions as a settlement complete with workshop border and supply line functionality
Cleared of meat bags and other supermutant objects, including spawn points
Cleared of rubble and otherwise unremovable trash piles and debris
Removed fallen flooring
Removed the crashed vertibird from the landing pad to provide a landing pad for your faction's vertibirds
Removed all traps and dock radiation
All loot and quest objects have been left untouched
Added stairs to third floor
Known Issues
Game freezes when fast traveling to location, until this bug can be fixed I recommend just fast traveling to a nearby location and walking over.
When you first arrive at the location, you can see the workshop border when not in workshop mode. To get it to go away simply activate the workshop for the first time then close it, the border will disappear.
Note: This is my first mod so reporting any bugs and/or suggestions on how to improve is highly suggested. Made by following this guide by stuyk. For immersion purposes I recommend installing this mod after you have already cleared the location of supermutants.
