This is the Second Mod in a series of mods that I have planned. What it does, is turn the outer recreation area at Parsons State Insane Asylum into a fully functional Player Settlement, that I call Parson's Village. This is also my second mod in general so feedback is welcome.

Welcome to the beautiful and serene Parson's Village. Once you've dealt with a small pest problem you can rebuild the walls of this quaint setting and establish supply lines and generally build a small village complete with a water source and some modest fortifications. As Far as I can tell this doesn't in any way effect the Parsons Asylum quest, but if you have problems let me know and I will see what I can do. This Mod should work even if you've been here before because I added a Boss rather than find something already there. That being said, like Fort Hagen Motor Depot, as much as possible has been left Vanilla. also let me know if there's anything you can't scrap. I also added In a garage door opener inside the maintenance shed so you can open and close the door. Two of my biggest pet peeves with settlement mods is not being able to scrap the logical things, and not Being able to stack/place objects on top of existing structures. so if you find anything like that let me know in the comments. Warningit is probably best to complete the Parson Asylum quest as the guards don't seem to be part of your faction nor are they neutral, so I'm pretty certain that any turrets you setup will target and kill them. After the Parson quest all the guards are dead anyway.
