The same two vendors in Far Harbor DLC that sell Legendary right and left recon marine arms, now sell for similar price, right and left legendary recon marine legs, choice of 4 options, see description below

Requires DLC Far Harbor, no other mods.
Download and install 1 of the 4 mods, for the preferred legendary effect. Once installed, you can then purchase the right legendary recon marine leg from the same vendor that sells right legendary recon arm, and the legendary left recon marine leg from same vendor that sells the left legendary recon arm, the prices of legs are near same as arms.
Install the Reconmarinesprinterlegs mod if prefer the 10% faster sprint (per leg), sprinters effect is stackable so 20% faster with both on.
Install the ReconMarineFreefallLegs mod if prefer no fall damage (each leg negates 50%)
Install the ReconMarineLegendaryAPLegs mod if prefer right (10% Vats reduction) and left (powered AP refresh) effects.
Install the ReconMarineSurvivorsLegs mod if prefer Survivor's Effect. I try to keep my game/mods lore friendly. I have about 4k hours on permadeath survival with last ~500 hours using this modded effect. While I like the freefall legs in later gameplay, with no fast travel on survival, speed is mandatory for annoyance reduction. Wasnt planning on uploading this mod, but since I use it, and have other legendary options...why not. Each "Survivor's Recon Marine Leg" reduces fall damage 50% and increase speed 10%". So with both legs on, no fall damage and 20% speed, which given they are leg armor effects, seemed reasonable for "survival setting lore" to me. (these are just for sale, no prerequisite, on mine I have tried only making available after captains dance...but that version too buggy to upload).
