With the Graphic T-shirts mod becoming available for free this past week I picked it up and really liked some of the designs but was surprised that I could not equip leg armor with them on so I made a quick fix for that. I see no real reason not to allow this on these clothes.
Install: Download with Vortex and enable.
Manual Install: Extract folder to your Fallout 4 folder and enable esp.
