Grow and prune your own fully-immersive fast travel network by throwing hippocampi around the world to memorize those locations as jumping balls in a brain world you can always go back to by using a tiny chair!

Instructions for use:
Go to the Diamond City Surgery cellar (the very same used by Ace Surgeon Doc Crocker, DO, OD, DDS, MFT!). Look for a tiny memory lounger. Use it to access "The Nerve Center". There's a gridded hippocampus toy on the plate. Take it. Go back to the "real" world. Throw this hippocampus in places/cells and it will spawn a sparking fiber ball entangled with a corresponding one in the brain world.
You can activate the ball to go back to The Nerve Center, or you can crouch-activate it to trigger its self destruct. In this way you can manage your transit hub.
For fun, the transit-location-balls in the Nerve Center will jump up into the air at a regular interval, eventually creating quite the mindstorm. As you use them more, the weights in your fast travel network will literally increase (balls which are used regularly will jump into the air less for your convenience in finding them). Don't get crushed!
Protip: You can jump up on the booth to use normal fast travel from the hub.
