I decided, why not make a HUD Borderlands styled?
Some notes:
- There is no enemy health bard because of one simple reason, this mod is meant to be used (unless you want to guess their health) with Nameplate - Floating Healthbars for that true Borderlands experience.
- Yes I know the level-up notification is on the wrong spot if it's supposed to be like borderlands, but someone at bethesda thought it would be a good idea to bind the quest objective pop-up to the level up menu! So instead i treat it as the quest objectives hud element, which is on the right spot.
