Dustbowl is no longer available as Spiffyskytrooper has created the Desperados Overhaul. I'm leaving this up incase someone with an ancient file of Dustbowl wants it for some reason. I don't know, enjoy.
While there is a lot of winter/snow overhauls on the nexus, I found Dustbowl to particularly remove many things in the wasteland such as foliage and add dead trees, along with giving me a slight boost in FPS.
With Permission from Spiffyskytrooper, I replaced the colour of the terrain texture in Photoshop with white. This along with your prefered weather mod for snow makes the game much more stable for lower rigs or just if you like dustbowls aesthetics.
INSTRUCTIONS
Literally just add it to your mod manager (I use MO2), and have it go over Dustbowl Overhaul. Untick whenever you don't wanna use it anymore.
All credit goes to Spiffy, I literally just opened up photoshop and went the lazy route of "retexturing".
