Adds a brand new Enclave radio station and Enclave eyebots to the Boston Wasteland with all new voiced lines and music. Nothing was ripped from Fallout 3 whatsoever.

Enclave National Broadcast is hosted by President John Henry Eden.
Featuring Enclave EyeBots partolling between major settlements, broadcasting Enclave propaganda. (No vanilla cell edits.)
Patrolling EyeBots can be disabled using the settings holotape, craftable at Chemistry Stations under Utility.
Buildable settlement radios and propaganda EyeBots available in Workshop Mode under Decorations / Miscellaneous.
