Adds a classic pulse rifle to the game.
Created on the basis of animations of the Laser Musket.
The weapon exists in a single copy and has not been added to LL.
Where to find: pick up from Brotherhood Deserters in the Boxing Gym (NorthEndBoxingGym).

ESL version with unpack archives
It is likely that the large use of Ba2 archives may cause incorrect display or crash of the game. This version of ESL does not use Ba2 archives, which can fix things.

Fixed a bug due to which raiders attack each other.
