Initial release.
When I first picked up Kellogg's outfit during my first playthrough (with no mods btw), I was pumped to use it only to be disappointed that it had no enhancements, wasn't that great stat wise, and kicked all my armor pieces off. I was also kinda bummed that this gun was not as bad-ass as his reputation that preceded him. This mod aims to address some of those disappointments.
Kellogg's Outfit
Now a legendary item and armor pieces can now be equipped over it (some clipping may occur).
The outfit’s base legendary effect makes Stealth Boys last 2x longer (should stack with the Cloak and Dagger companion perk) and has BiocommMesh,Strengthened limbs, and Shadowed armor mods baked in.
At an armor bench you can use the Pain Inhibitor and Limb Actuator cybernetic components you loot off of him to add two more sets of effects to the armor
Pain Inhibitors give +1 END and upon reaching low HP slows time and boosts energy and damage resistances
Limb Actuators give +1 to STR and AGI, makes the player faster while sneaking and reduces AP cost when sprinting
Kellogg's .44 Pistol
Now shoots explosive projectiles, for a little more fear-instilling oomf
This may not take effect unless you start a new game. In which case I recommend using this tutorial to change the weapon to explosive if you want.
Compatibility
This mod will obviously conflict with any mod that affects Kellogg's Outfit, but should be compatible with mods that affect Kellogg himself, presuming they don't remove his outfit from his loot table.
