The Slog Rebuilt - Transfer Settlement Blueprint

My take on a lore friendly Slog city, built around and with abandoned buses, destroyed trees, and the existing pool house, all fully walled in. Built primarily with survival and Horizon playthroughs in mind, no additional
workbenches, vendors, or resources are included, though spaces are provided for all of the above to make them easy to add.
As I am terrible at taking good photos, it seems useful to mention what this settlement contains:
Housing:

12 Kids Beds
2 Tents
Shops (need vendor mats placed):
Clinic
General Store
Tailor
Bar
Café
Barber
Armorer
Weaponry
Sustainability (need crops/creatures placed):
4 Fenced Crop/Animal Plots
2 Rooftop Gardens
Small Covered Brahmin Pen
Two versions are included, one fully furnished (quite a bit over vanilla settlement size limit) and one containing only the exterior structures to furnish independently. The required mods for each are listed
