Frank Cabot was Jacks Brother. Frank built a house away from the city and was a much better scientist then Jack. Some of his inventions actually worked well. But cursed like his brother Frank would work in the forbidden areas of Life, DNA, Time and space, Matter and Antimatter and frank would work on ways to teleport and pocket dimensions.

The Secrets of the Cabot house is a Mod that I wrote for fun., Brain exercise if you will.
The Original Cabot house is found in Fallout in the city and depending if you have met a certain
gentleman will determine if you even get past the front door. The attitude of this guy whos voice sounds like he is a number one mobster seem to annoy me. When I first entered the Cabot house I was like wow, this place is like undamaged and the cream of the crop and then I
meet the nut job who owns it. After playing the game a while I decided why not have a players home if you will that
is the Cabot house ? I created one but then as with all Modder’s I said where
do I place it and how shall I get to it.
This made for mixed thoughts and so I made a placeable door to the Cabot and an option for a sort of follow me door but then thought hey what
if I took the outside Manson and created an add on mod That let you have that in sanctuary ? I started modding the inside of the Cabot house thinking a robot would be nice to guard and patrol.
I begin looking at the design of the house and said why not a tool chest and allow people to build
somewhat ? I also noticed how maybe there could be a backstory here

and Genetics are related. Frank would touch the dark parts of his mind and one faithful day ask his wife to try the
device. After the Police investigated they felt Frank had suffered enough and let him to be by himself where to this day no one knows where that is.
Please note: There is more to this mansion then meets the eye. Read the Terminal Logs, look behind chairs and under beds. don't assume everything is
as it looks for even the walls can have something to say. SPOILER VIDEO HAS BEEN ADDED !!!
