This mod makes the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure The World Time Stop sound effect play when you enter VATS. It is Dio's from Stardust Crusaders, not Jotaro's from Diamond is Unbreakable. Someone made one for New Vegas, but the Fallout 4 community didn't have any, so I made this.
This mod is improved with Troy Irving's Classic V.A.T.S mod, as it ceases all movement during VATS as opposed to the Vanilla version in the game, which simply slows down time.
Inspiration for this mod comes from Miskude's ZA WARUDO VATS mod for Fallout: New Vegas.
Note: The version used in this mod does not have Dio yelling "The World!". It is simply the sound effect.
