Adds See Through Scope support and PSLish/SVDish magazines to the Romanian sniper rifle brought by BrowncoatGarrus' New Calibers. Makes PSL an relatively good-quality ersatz to SVD.

As a small-arms fan, I do have shot SVD when I was around 14. It is a fantastic sniper rifle to me myself. I am always dreaming about playing with an SVD mod. Sadly enough, the only Dragunov Sniper Rifle is totally a helter skelter, poor model, low-quality texture and shoddy vanilla animations... While BrowncoatGarrus brought a Romy designed sniper rifle derived from both AKM and SVD made of assets of Nuka World DLC with his New Calibers is really some kind of alternative. More fortunately, ShadowRanger787 modelled a proper 7.62×54mmR magazine for his Handmade Rifle Extension. Finally there is a suitable mag to stick inside the receiver.
