About this mod
The Sole Survivor is not a Vault-Tec representative. Yet he has the ability to place Vault-Tec paint on Power Armor.
This locks that paint job until the Sole Survivor finds a Vault-Tec holotape which contains the Vault-Tec Paint Job materials and schematics - in the Overseer's office in each of the Vaults.

An attempt at making the Vault-Tec paint job more immersive. The holotapes can be found in the Overseer's Office in each of the Vaults, including Vault 111 (so the Sole Survivor can learn it before exiting his Vault).
Just load the holotape and read it's contents.

(Not in Vault 88 though.)

Q: Your mod broke my game!
A: Uninstall this mod and revert to an earlier save.
Q: I've already painted the Vault-Tec paint job on my Power Armor. Will this mod affect that?
A: No. The paint will remain on your Power Armor - you can't paint more Power Armor until you find and read one of the holotapes.
