About this mod

This is my mod to turn Mystic Pines retirement home into a Settlement. You can scrap everything at once, or take out just what you don't like. No DLC required.

Permissions and credits
This is my mod to turn Mystic Pines into a fully functional Settlement.

There are multiple rooms for your settlers and even a locked cage you can turn into an armory if you like. That was my first thought when I seen it anyway. Two bathrooms for men and women. A kitchen, living room area, and even a greenhouse area in the back for planting. or you can use the area in the middle of the building to plant some crops in.

You don't need a scrapping mod to get rid all the piles of trash, I've linked it all to a chessboard located on a table in the living room area. (see image) So if you don't use scrap everything all you have to do is scrap the chessboard and everything will be gone.

Don't take the chessboard into your inventory like I did when testing. You will have to reload your save haha.

If you choose to scrap the chessboard, everything including tables in the greenhouse area will be scrapped. But if you have mods that let you build those kinds of things, that won't be a problem.

But like I said, you can still choose to scrap things individually if you want. You will just need to use scrap everything to do it.

I have navmeshed parts of the building that didn't have complete areas done. And disabled the parts that would make your settlers try to walk through new walls. And as per usual, there are no deleted navmesh records or errors.

With the new precombines I made for the area, it means it will conflict with anything that changes Mystic Pines or surrounding area. But I have made a patch for
Lexington Interiors

I tested it by loading Mystic Pines after Lexington Interiors and then installing the patch file.

DLCs are not required.
