Purpose
Enhances the Sniper perk to increase sneak damage when aiming through the scope of a non-automatic rifle. Makes this perk useful in direct combat (outside VATS).

As befits the name, this additional damage will only be applied when sneaking, and while aiming through a rifle scope. It stacks with the increases to sneak damage provided by the Mister Sandman and Ninja perks.
Compatibility
To avoid conflicts, do not use in combination with any other mod that changes the Sniper perk.
