Based off of default preset 09.
Installation:
Locate Fallout 4 game directory Copy contents of zip file and paste.
Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets <paste in there (that's where I found it)
Requirements:
In order to achieve the exact look you will need the following. (I really don't use anything else I haven't really looked into all the "beautification" mods here.)
DeLuxe Makeup
Commonwealth Cuts and or Azar Ponytail hairstyles
Looksmenu
Looksmenu Compendium
Oni cute Asian face parts
The Eyes of The Beauty
Natasha Face Texture
