**I deleted SoundMaker which produced a noise in FO4Edit, but there was not object placement for some reason. Probably it is thought that this is a bug of FO4Edit.
This MOD functions by making AMBIntSpotGenericRumbleA2DLP and AMBIntSpotGenericRumbleB2DLP of SoundDescriptor long silence. Therefore, in Cell using same SoundDescriptor, a noise becomes the long silence.
After CreationKit was released, I solve this problem :)
