After a corrupted set of game files left me reinstalling Fallout 4 entirely (*sob*) I took the opportunity to explore the different face presets - and voila, Alex was born. I have a thing for interesting faces, so sue me ;)
Uploading here in case anybody else likes her too! One save for Sanctuary, one at the end of Vault 111 and they're named accordingly.
