Adds craftable mods to the BoS Battlecoat and Maxson's Battlecoat for Armorsmith and New Equipment Overhaul to allow the player to change the insignia on the right arm.

Original textures by jafdahl (railroad & institute) and superbento (minutemen). This mod is not required to use this one, as the author has noted that use & modification is allowed as long as credit is given, so all the necessary assets are included.
