Do you want to play Fallout 4 with all your SPECIAL stats maxed from the get-go, but are tired of doing player.setav <SPECIAL stat> 10 multiple times having to retype each stat? Well I have the file for you! All you have to do is download the file, put it in your Fallout 4 folder, go into the game, and put "bat special" into your console, and BAM! All your SPECIAL stats are now 10.
