This is a simple mod that allows for installation of Ballistic Weave in the Minutemen-affiliated longcoats. (Colonial Duster and Minutemen General's Uniform)
Since this is just a minor CK tweak adding a couple minor keywords to the armor, it should be compatible with most other mods and VR
