modded vanilla Piper using looksmenu mod. Again be sure you have LooksMenu and commonwealth cuts and f4se installed. download file then drag beautifulpiper.json to the Presets folder located in [Fallout 4 install directory] > Data > F4SE > Plugins > F4EE > Presets. Then load it up in-game via the "slm" command. go to Piper ingame, enter console, click on Piper. type slm space then id of piper onscreen. exit console and enter looks menu. go to presets and select beautifulpiper.
